As we approach a new year, many of us promise ourselves to live each day more fully, so as to not miss God’s presence on our journey. Everyone one of us needs encouragement for this resolution to bear fruit. Perhaps, Etty Hillesum might be the best of companions for this endeavor. Even in the challenges of her life she was able to say, “ Ultimately, we have just one moral duty: to reclaim large areas of peace in ourselves, more and more peace, and to reflect it towards others. And the more peace there is in us, the more peace there will be in our troubled world.” Join us as we explore the life of an amazing woman, learning from her life how to fully live our own lives.
