General Event Information:
  • The event will take place at Chestnut Hill College (9601 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia). The exact location will be shared ahead of the event.
  • The luncheon and program will begin at 12:00pm followed by Mass in the Motherhouse Chapel at 3:00pm.
  • The suggested donation for Associates, Partners in Mission and/or Guest tickets is $50.00.
  • Sisters of Saint Joseph tickets will be sponsored by the Congregation and are therefore complimentary.
  • Financial assistance for tickets is available by contacting Kerry at 215-248-7232.
  • Shuttle drivers will be available to transport attendees from the parking lots. We will also work to provide transportation from Bethlehem Village and Saint Joseph Villa.

Registration is now open for our 40th Anniversary Celebration Gatherings! 

These gatherings are open to ALL who are interested in coming together to reflect on, listen to, and share personal stories from the past 40 years of the Associates in Mission. We did our best to offer varying geographic options to accommodate as many sisters and associates as possible for participation. Each gathering is scheduled for 2 to 2 1/2 hours to allow for a rhythm of prayer, reflection, small and large group sharing, and social time.

Important Information about Registration

  • Sisters and Associates are welcome to register for more than one gathering on the same submission form if interested.
  • We are trying to collect stories and history for our records but also for inclusion in our event presentations, social media postings, and website history highlights. If you interested in sharing a personal reflection, either written or video, please contact Dori Costello in the Associate in Mission Office at dcostello@ssjphila.org or 215-248-7229.
  • Registration will close approximately 5 days prior to each scheduled gathering date to ensure accurate information for set up and preparation needs. If you go to register and the date option is no longer showing, please contact Dori at dcostello@ssjphila.org.
  • If you know of an associate without access to a computer, please assist them in registering or have them call Kerry in the office at 215-248-7232 to register over the phone.
